About the Role
Scale Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in scaling e-commerce brands to 7 and 8 figures. We are looking for a highly analytical and persuasive Growth Consultant to join our remote sales team. You will be speaking directly with business owners, auditing their current marketing efforts, and prescribing our premium retainer services (Ads, SEO, CRO).
This is a highly consultative sales role that requires deep marketing knowledge and the ability to build trust quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls with e-commerce founders and CEOs.
• Analyze prospective clients' current marketing funnels, ROAS, and customer acquisition costs.
• Present custom-tailored marketing strategies and pitch our premium agency retainers.
• Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up strategically to close deals.
• Collaborate with the media buying team to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
Requirements
• 2+ years of proven experience selling digital marketing services or high-ticket B2B consulting.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rates).
• Exceptional consultative selling skills—you must be able to diagnose business problems before prescribing solutions.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to speak confidently with C-level executives.
• Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) to track pipeline activity.
