High-Ticket Closer

Elite Mastery is a premium online coaching company that helps entrepreneurs scale their digital businesses. We spend over $100k/month on paid ads to generate highly qualified, booked calendar appointments. We need a killer High-Ticket Closer to take these calls and enroll students into our $5,000 - $15,000 masterminds. There is ZERO cold calling or prospecting in this role. Your calendar will be filled with warm leads who have already consumed our webinar or VSL. Your job is to guide them through a consultative enrollment process, handle objections with empathy, and close the deal. Key Responsibilities: • Take 5-7 scheduled Zoom consultations per day with pre-qualified leads. • Use active listening to uncover the prospect's deep pain points and desired outcomes. • Effectively communicate the value of our coaching programs and how they bridge the gap. • Handle financial and logistical objections smoothly without being pushy. • Collect payments securely over the phone and facilitate a smooth onboarding handoff.
